Explore the superbly preserved relics of Rabat’s moorish past and see the city's most famous site, the Tour Hassan, the incomplete minaret of the great mosque. Alongside is the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the present king's grandfather, offering a most striking juxtaposition. From the bluff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean stands The Kasbah des Oudayass. Wander through the former palace housed to visit the museum showcasing traditional art.

Continue to the Roman ruined city of Volubilis with its beautifully preserved mosaics and spend a restful night at the beautifully decorated Riad Fes.

Day 4 - Fes

Step back in time and discover the most imperial of all cities. Fes is timeless and one of the least untouched and secretive cities in the world. Once the capital of Morocco, it remains the undisputed religious, artistic and intellectual centre of the country. Wander the 9,000 narrow lanes and alleys that make up the labyrinth of the city’s old quarter.Discover the historic Nejjarine Fountain, fine palaces, mosques and madrassas (Koran Schools) that are dotted throughout the city. Enjoy an evening cocktail at Riad Al Kantara, a former cultural centre for the building arts with a guest speaker who will give you a talk on the Andalusian architecture and history of Fes.

Day 5 – Fes/Marrakech

Drive to Marrakech , the “Pearl of the South” to discover its mysteries. On your way stop in Bhalil, near Fes, a charming village of white-washed houses. Behind the picturesque village are several troglodyte dwellings where people still inhabit caves. Your stay in Marrakech is at the tranquil Les Jardins de la Medina.

Day 6 - Marrakech:

Set out to discover the secrets of Marrakech, the most famous city in Morocco. Most of the city’s architectural attractions are inside the Medina, the old walled section of the town. Built in the 12th century, the Koutoubia minaret is the most perfect Islamic religious structure in North Africa. This famous landmark dominates the local skyline and can easily be spotted from all of Marrakech. Hidden away behind high walls are the Saadian Tombs. The Mausoleum displays a very high level of decoration, using traditional stucco and Granada-style carving, typical of classical Moroccan buildings. Explore the surrounding courtyards filled with fountains and plant life. Dar Si Said is one of the most beautiful palaces, now home to the museum of Moroccan Arts and Crafts. Inside see the incredible collections of traditional woven carpets and Berber silver jewellery.

Day 7 – Marrakech

Opt for an additional activity to discover the mysteries of Moroccan culinary delights for with a Moroccan traditional chef. Select your spices and prepare your Tajine that you will enjoy afterward for your lunch. This afternoon, ride in a horse-drawn carriage to the gardens of Marrakech. Start by the Menara gardens that were built in the 12th century and are surrounded by orchards and olive groves. Continue to discover behind the large walls in the city of Marrakech the Majorelle gardens, created by French painter Jacques Majorelle in 1924 and later opened to the public. See the small Islamic art museum founded on the premises in a bright blue house, which was once the painting studio of Majorelle. These peaceful garden settings offer a variety of exotic plants such as bamboo, cacti, bougainvillea and palms. Watch the stream and fish filled pools flow through the gardens.
