Day 1 - London/Warsaw Fly with British Airways for your flight from London-Heathrow to Warsaw. On arrival transfer to the Hotel Le Regina for a three night stay.

Days 2 to 3 - Warsaw

Today enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Warsaw with your private guide. The beginning of Warsaw's story can be found throughout the Old Town, with its Gothic churches, defensive walls and fairy tale facades of the Renaissance and Baroque tenement houses. Visits include the Royal Castle, the symbol of Polish statehood, the 14th century Cathedral of Saint John and the Historical Museum of Warsaw. Your next day is at leisure to explore this fascinating city.

Day 4 - Warsaw/Krakow

This morning transfer by car to the former capital of Poland, Krakow. Stop in Czestochowa, located 74 miles northwest of Krakow, to visit the Pauline Monastery at Jasna Gora which houses the Black Madonna, a 15th century painting, the holiest icon in Poland. Continue to your hotel in Krakow where you will spend the next four nights at Hotel Copernicus.

Days 5 to 7 - Krakow

Spend the next three days in one of the oldest and most beautiful cities of Eastern Europe. Krakow, the royal capital of Poland until the 17th century, is known for its impressive medieval architecture and is also on the UNESCO list of the 12 great historic cities of the world. Enjoy a full day tour with a private guide which includes the Royal Castle and the Cathedral, located on Wawel Hill. The Cathedral is the main church of the former Cardinal Wojtyls, Archbishop of Krakow, known to the world as Pope John Paul II. The centrepiece of Krakow is the magnificent Market Square which is the largest such medieval example of its kind in Europe.

Day 8 - Krakow/London

After breakfast transfer to the airport for your British Airways flight to London-Gatwick.
