A luxuriously restored property situated just south of Barcelona, set on a hill with magnificient views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside. The estate grounds include a locally used road running just below the house. Well-planned accommodation offers spacious and adaptable luxury living, with each room full of design surprises, from open-plan bathrooms to the dramatic modern art adorning the walls. The house is surrounded by a large courtyard, with a superb covered Moroccan lounge area and summer kitchen with barbecue.

Ground Floor:
• Several living areas, including fireplace lounge, with a central Scandinavian fire.
• Children's playroom/TV room.
• Dining room has three dining tables seating 24, and a well equipped kitchen.
Cellars:
• Home cinema with surround sound, a snooker table and bar.
First Floor:
• Three suites and three bedrooms.
Second Floor:
• Further suite (air-conditioned) and a final bedroom.
• The eight bedrooms are all en suite, with four suites also having separate sitting rooms with sofa beds.
Staff
Maid service included two hours a day six days a week. Babysitting, catering and laundry available from May to October on request. Horse riding, sailing and gastronomic adventures can be arranged.

Sitges ten minutes drive, Barcelona 25 minutes.
