Head of Marketing
We at Abercrombie & Kent are committed to being the market leader in luxury travel through innovation, excellent product and exemplary customer service.
We have two offices in the UK, our main office is in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire employing over 90 people and we have a smaller office in London which houses our Private Travel department.
Our employees need to have a passion for travel and to deliver excellent client service, to have specialist knowledge about destinations to guide our clients into choosing the best holiday experience for them.

Training and development
Most of our training is performed in house to ensure that our employees have the right sort of specialist knowledge to enable them to perform to the highest standard in their work. We have invested heavily in the best IT systems to improve productivity and encourage staff to improve their knowledge through learning in the office and to visit our destinations on educational trips.
What are we looking for?
We have no specific criteria for candidates but all employees must have a passion for travel and for delivering the best client experience possible. Most of our employees have degrees; all have a good knowledge of IT, and are confident dealing with clients who have high expectations.
